THERAPY, COACHING

Jessica Duval, LCSW, LCADC

We all have an internal pressure cooker that holds strong feelings and repressed emotions. This is especially true with today’s adolescents and teenagers. When anxiety, fear, depression, and outside stressors fill their barometer up, they reach a boiling point of eruption that plays out in extreme anger, defiance, substance abuse, addictions to social media and screens, overeating, and other destructive behaviors.

I assist teens in emptying out that barometer, give them my full attention, without judgment. I coach them in what I know works using evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT.

I also enjoy connecting with clients through creative outlets like art, music, mindfulness, breathing exercises, therapeutic games that bring self-awareness and distress tolerance skills to help regulate emotion. When your teenager stops talking to you, bring them to me, and hopefully, we can make some progress together!

THERAPY, COACHING

George Tasedan, LPCC

The ideal client is someone who has a desire to face what they are dealing with. The client may need assistance in overcoming various problems in their life, or they may be experiencing a limited number of items which they need help with, but either way, it is my ambition to be there for them through any and all they are experiencing.

My specialty is in working with those suffering from anxiety. I am available to help with all those experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or just wanting someone to talk to.

I'm looking forward to meeting you and being there for you regardless of what you're experiencing. No problem is too big or small.

THERAPY

Juan Hernandez, CSW

It is paramount to emphasize the significance of incorporating diversity into mental health care. Recognizing and respecting the unique cultural, ethnic, and individual backgrounds of each client is not merely a checkbox on the path to effective therapy; it is the cornerstone of genuine healing.

In my practice, I am dedicated to providing therapy to vulnerable populations by strongly emphasizing their inherent strengths and focusing keenly on their unique needs. I firmly believe that every individual possesses remarkable resilience and untapped potential, even in the face of challenges. Whether working with those grappling with anxiety and depressive disorders or individuals navigating the complexities of complex personality disorders, I approach each client with an unwavering commitment to empowering them.

I look forward to building a connection with you and embarking on a unique therapeutic journey together.

THERAPY

Autumn Harris, CSW

We have all struggled with our own battles and situations and I am here to tell you that it's perfectly normal because we are human. My macro goal is to break the stigma around mental health by challenging negative thoughts and promote an understanding through education and conversation. My goal for my clients is to help them overcome and face their battles by providing them with tools learned through evidence-based practice techniques, such as Cognitive Based Therapy (CBT), Exposure therapy, family therapy, motivational interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and psychoeducation.

A little about me: I obtained my MSW from Campbellsville University. I hold a CSW and am pursuing my LCSW. I have years of experience working in the field as a social worker and therapist. I started out working for child protective services in protection and permanency. During this time I brought families together through adoption and reunification. I provided them services to maintain a healthy and safe environment free from abuse and neglect. I have worked as a case manager and am very knowledgeable of help and resources. I have also worked as a social services director in a nursing home. During this time, I provided services to residents and their families and provided care to residents who had Alzheimer's, dementia, and other mental and physical health concerns. I have also worked with substance use clients by leading IOP groups and DUI classes. Lastly, I have worked as an outpatient therapist over the last year. During this time I've worked with clients ages 3 and up. I love working with children and families dealing with behavioral issues. I also have experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, life/career changes, relationships, Schizophrenia, death of loved ones, adjustment issues, and trauma.
