DUI PROGRAM OPTIONS
Halcyon Behavioral Health is a Kentucky-licensed AODE and DUI program offering complete DUI assessment and education services in compliance with state requirements. Our goal is to make the process as smooth, supportive, and stress-free as possible while helping you meet all legal and treatment obligations.
We understand every situation is different—that’s why we offer flexible options:
DUI Assessment Only: We can complete the state-approved DUI assessment and provide the required documentation to the court or referral source.
Assessment and Referral: If another program better fits your needs, we’ll complete your assessment and refer you to an approved education provider.
Assessment and Classes (Full Program): We provide both the assessment and the 20-hour Prime for Life education program—in person at our Lexington location.
Our Prime for Life curriculum is Kentucky’s required evidence-based DUI education program designed to increase awareness, support behavioral change, and promote responsible decision-making.
Class Options & Schedule Flexibility
Standard Option: 10 sessions (2 hours each) to complete your 20 hours.
Accelerated Cash-Pay Option: 7 extended sessions covering the same 20-hour curriculum for those who wish to complete more quickly.
Classes are offered in person, with daytime and evening schedules available to fit your work and life commitments.
Payment Options
We offer affordable rates, with cash pay and payment plan options available. All assessments are guaranteed to be scheduled within 4 business days, ensuring you meet your court or DMV deadlines promptly.

Insurance
At Halcyon, we make costs simple and transparent. We accept most major insurance plans, including commercial insurance, Medicaid, and managed care organizations. Some services, such as some DUI programs, can be self-pay or possibly covered by your insurance. Our rates are always flexible, we are happy to work with you to be an affordable service.
