Therapy
Individual counseling whether in-person or online can provide you an opportunity to explore who you are and what you can change. Individual therapy is curated to each individual and is always confidential. All ages are accepted. Spanish and English speaking services available.
Child and Adolescent Social Skills Group
Child and adolescent social skills group is a supportive and transformative program designed to empower young individuals on their journey towards personal growth and improved social well-being. Our group is specifically tailored to benefit children and adolescents, focusing on essential goals such as promoting enhanced social skills and communication, fostering self-esteem, and facilitating harmonious interactions among peers.
DUI Assessments
At Halcyon, we provide Kentucky state-certified DUI assessments for individuals who have been charged with a DUI. During the assessment, we work with you to understand your history, needs, and risk level in order to determine the appropriate level of education or treatment required by the state.
Upon completion of your assessment and all recommended services, we will provide all necessary court reporting and documentation for license reinstatement, ensuring that you meet Kentucky state requirements. Our goal is to make the process straightforward and supportive while helping you move forward with confidence.
Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for individuals who need structured treatment and support for substance use or co-occurring mental health concerns but do not require inpatient care. IOP provides a balance between accountability and flexibility, allowing clients to continue work, school, and family responsibilities while actively engaging in recovery.
At Halcyon, IOP includes group therapy, individual counseling, education, and skill-building. We focus on evidence-based approaches such as DBT, CBT, and solution-focused care to help clients strengthen coping skills, build healthier routines, and address the underlying issues connected to substance use.
Participation in IOP also meets court and state requirements, and we provide the necessary documentation for legal or professional obligations when needed. Our goal is to support lasting recovery while helping you maintain stability in everyday life.
Substance Use Disorder Assessments
At Halcyon, we provide AODE-approved Substance Use Disorder (SUDS) assessments to help determine the appropriate level of care for each individual. These assessments are designed to meet Kentucky state requirements and are often requested by courts, probation, or parole officers.
During the assessment, we take a thorough look at your history, needs, and goals in order to recommend the most effective treatment or education services. Once completed, we provide all required documentation and reporting to courts or supervising agencies.
Our goal is to make the process clear, supportive, and compliant so you can take the next steps in recovery and meet all necessary obligations.
Prime for Life 20-Hour DUI education Class
Halcyon offers the Prime for Life 20-hour DUI education program, which is state-approved and meets all Kentucky DUI requirements. This evidence-based curriculum is designed to help individuals understand the risks and consequences of alcohol and drug use, build motivation for positive change, and make healthier choices moving forward.
Completion of the program fulfills the education requirements for DUI-related charges in Kentucky, and we provide all necessary documentation to the courts and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for license reinstatement.
